We want to help you escape from your daily activities so we suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
We understand if you have to reschedule an appointment. As a courtesy to the staff please notify us within 24 hours of cancellation. This will help us to accommodate other guest. In the event that you are unable to give sufficient notice, a cancellation charge for the full service will apply, or voiding of a valid gift certificate.
If late arrival is unavoidable, please call to notify us when possible. Late arrival will limit your treatment time, in order to accommodate the next guest’s time schedule.
Gratuities are not included with any of our Spa treatments. Our staff is dedicated to exceeding your expectations and creating a memorable experience. Gratuities for these efforts are greatly appreciated and can be either given directly to the staff member, or applied to your service total. Standard gratuity for excellent service ranges from 15-20%.
For all our military who have served or are currently serving, "The Spa" would like to thank you by offering $10 off a one hour massage on Tuesdays.
For any occasion, honor someone with a special gift card. Gift cards can be quickly ordered by phone or stopping by "The Spa". They can also be mailed directly if sufficient time is available. If you have any questions please contact us for further information.
We strive to provide our guests a tranquil retreat from day-to-day life. Pleases help us by turning off cell phones.
A parent or guardian must accompany guests under the age of 16 receiving services along with a signed waiver.
